Download the data and the map

Our data on 287(g) agreements and our animated map are free for you to use and share, as a spreadsheet, video, GIF or static image. Just credit us.

The data behind the map

Every agency that has signed a 287(g) agreement with ICE, including those that have since left the program, as one spreadsheet-ready CSV: where it is, which agreement models it holds, when it signed, and when it left.

Departed agencies are marked in the status column. Agency names and ICE's fields are in English. The data is under the same Creative Commons BY 4.0 license as the map: credit 287(g) Watch.

New agencies since April

A 9:16 card mapping the agencies that have signed on since April 2026 (in orange) over the existing 287(g) network — sized for Stories, Reels, Shorts, and TikTok.

Vertical cut for Reels & Shorts

A 9:16 cut that pairs the map with the national trend line — sized for Stories, Reels, Shorts, and TikTok.

The animated map

The square clip — the map filling out from January 2025 to today. Good for feeds and embeds.

The MP4 is best for video editors and social posts; the GIF is best for quick embeds and messaging.

This is presented in the natural aspect ratio of the content — it's up to you to frame it in your videos however you like.

Data as of October 21, 2026

How you can use them

The data and the map are licensed under Creative Commons BY 4.0 (Attribution). You're free to share, adapt, and reuse them, including commercially, as long as you credit 287(g) Watch — ideally with a link back to 287g.recoveredfactory.net.

Don't alter the figures. The numbers come straight from our dataset, and changing them would misrepresent the data.
